Description: Our client is a well‑established international company operating in the energy sector. With a long presence in the European market and a stable organizational structure, the company is now looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people‑related processes, supporting HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee administration.You will work in a multicultural environment and actively use Czech and English; Russian is a strong advantage. Support HR colleagues in managing the full employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)Prepare employment contracts, amendments, agreements, and termination documentationAssist with monthly payroll preparation and support the annual tax processProcess and monitor monthly attendance recordsMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee filesSupport visa, work permit, and onboarding processesAdminister and manage employee benefit programsProvide daily HR support to employees, managers, and HR colleaguesRespond to employee inquiries related to HR topicsPrepare HR‑related reports for management and the accounting teamApply and interpret company HR policies to ensure consistent implementation across the organizationSupport the HR Generalist and act as a backup when neededParticipate in improving internal HR processesEnsure compliance with labor law and internal company policiesPerform additional tasks as assigned by management
