Ovšem vnitřní prostory jsou už staré, vyžadující renovaci. 3 patra, bez výtahu. Zašlý koberec, možnost plísně v pokojích. Vnitřek je zašlý, možný způsobeno, že si ubytovaní uklízí i vnitřní prostory samostatně. Ubytovaní mohou využívat spodní část k úschovně kočárků, kol. Jsou jediní ubytovaní v objektu. Na ubytovnu dodáno NFI - nové spotřebiče, vysavače, sušáky na prádlo.
