Studenti bydlí v 3. patře, uprhlíci obývají 1. a 2. patro. Ve stísněných podmínkách, základní vybavení pokojů, velmi starý, zašlý nábytek. Pouze dvoujlůžkové pokoje, děti spí v dalších sousedních pokojích. Personál se snažá ubytovaným vyjít vstříc, ale má omezené možnosti. Zázemí - kuchyně, prádelna, sociální zařízení omezené vzhledem k principu ubytování. Problém štěnic, který se řeší, bez větších úspěchů a je všudypřítomen. Složení ubytovaných - z celkového počtu 158 (51 dětí - 5 do 6 let věku, ) 10 seniorů, 72 zranitelných.
