Bývalá budova sloužila jako domov seniorů. Tomu odpovídá nadstandarní vybavení jako bezbariérový vchod, vysokokokapacitní výtah, dostatek sociálního zařízení a provoz. Nadstandarně vybaveno. Personál informovaný.
