Nachází se v klidné ulici přibližně 10 minut pěšky od autobusového a vlakového nádraží. V blízkosti (přibližně 15 minut chůze) se také nachází Vlašimský zámecký park s různými památkami a řekou Blanice a různé objekty občanské vybavenosti.
