Vhodné pro jednotlivce i páry, také rodiny, zrekonturované pokoje i garsoniéry, vybavení moderní. Majitel plánuje další rekontrukci. Pokoje mají výhled od klidné krajiny, venku je hřiště, prostor pro odpočinek.
Housing - Describe the location of the hostel: Vesnice v krajine kutnohorska, kopcovitý terén, ubytovací zařízení je na horním konci vesnice. Dostupné základní služby a vybavení. Místní dle slov majitele nejsou však příliš spokojení s jeho podnikatelským záměrem. Možnost práce v zemědělství pro osoby s DO ale je.
